Raindrop Irrigation is a local, family-owned business that was founded in 1993. With over 25 years of experience, our CEO, Woody Hall, and our President, Conner Hall, understand what it takes to be the best in the irrigation business. Their hands-on involvement with the installation and service department speaks volumes for their knowledge and dedication.

Woody Hall
Woody Hall played baseball for and graduated from The University of Virginia with a Bachelor of Science Education degree. He is the proud founder of Raindrop Irrigation and is ecstatic to have a second-generation Hall join him. He has more than 20 years of experience in the irrigation industry and is a certified landscape service and irrigation contractor.
Conner Hall
Conner Hall played baseball for and graduated from Longwood University with a bachelor's in Business Administration. In addition to working for Raindrop Irrigation in various capacities for 15 years, he has also worked for a turf management company. He is certified to test backflow preventers.
David Maiden
David Maiden has worked in the irrigation industry in Richmond and the surrounding areas for over 15 years. His experience has provided him with a wealth of knowledge in the Residential, Commercial and Sports Turf aspects of irrigation. In addition, he is a licensed backflow prevention inspector with the state of Virginia.
Cam Hall
Cam Hall graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University with a bachelor's degree in Radiation Therapy. After working in healthcare for 3 years, she was excited to join her dad and brother at Raindrop Irrigation. Cam grew up around the job site but officially joined the family business in 2021.
